Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They scan your QR code and tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to Google Wallet” – it’s built into their phone. People without either can keep the card in their browser.

How do staff add stamps?

On any phone or tablet: open the till page, log in with your shop code and a PIN, scan the customer’s card. One tap. Every stamp is logged under the staff member’s name.

What stops people getting stamps for a £3 portion of chips?

You choose the rule: one stamp per visit, one stamp when they spend £X or more, or one stamp for every £X spent – staff type the bill and the till does the maths.

How do offers reach customers?

Post an offer and it appears on every member’s card with a lock-screen notification – free. Double-stamp days, members-only happy hours, new menus.

Can I really change the design later?

Any time. Change colours, logo or stamps and press Publish – the card in every customer’s Wallet updates by itself, stamps kept.
