Does it work for delivery orders?
It’s built for the customers who come to your counter: the card is stamped by scanning it, so it suits collection and eat-in. That’s also where your margin is best.
Can people cheat by stamping twice?
Only staff can stamp, from a till page protected by their own PIN. The till warns if a card was just stamped and asks for a reason, and every stamp is logged under the name of whoever gave it.
Will this replace the delivery apps?
No – and it isn’t meant to. It rewards the customers who come to you directly, which is where your margin is best.
Can I stamp per £ spent?
Yes. Choose one stamp per visit, one stamp over a minimum spend, or one stamp for every £X spent.
